Registration Desk
The registration Desk is situated at the entrance of the congress venue and will be open during the hours of the meeting.
Only delegates with the correct badge will be allowed access to the conference and exhibition areas. Please visit the registration desk to receive your printed badge and the coupon for dinner (if you have registered for the networking event).

Halls
As you navigate to the venue, you'll find signs posted in various spots to guide you. Our friendly personnel will be available to assist you in getting oriented and answering any questions you may have.

Auditorium
All lectures are scheduled to take place in the Auditorium located on the first floor, accessible through two entrances: one on the left corridor and one on the right.

MedStudents@VSEurope
The International Student Venous Triathlon 2026 will take place in the Lecture Hall located on the first floor, opposite the right entrance of the Auditorium.

Shared Workshops
All shared workshops will be held at Workshop Halls 1, 2, 3 & 4 as outlined below:

Aesthetic Sclerotherapy at Workshop Hall 1
Workshop Hall 1 is located on the ground floor, next to the Registration Desk.

Thermal and non-Thermal Ablation at Workshop Hall 2
Workshop Hall 2 is located on the ground floor, next to the Registration Desk.

CVO Recanalization, Stenting at Workshop Hall 3
Workshop Hall 3 is located on the second floor.

Thrombectomy & IVUS at Workshop Hall 4
Workshop Hall 4 is located on the second floor.

Exhibition Areas
There are 4 exhibition areas all located on the first floor. One at the top of the stairs to the first floor, two towards the two entrances of the Auditorium, one at the Peristyle where the Silent Meet the Experts session is taking place.

E-Posters
E-Posters will be presented on Thursday according to the program on the second floor. Two abstract and two clinical cases will be selected to be presented in the Auditorium on Saturday according to the program. E-Posters are also available to view on the app and at the e-poster area during the symposium.

Silent Meet the Experts
Meet the Experts sessions will take place during Refreshments according to the program and will be held at the Peristyle. Headphones will be handed to the delegates that wish to participate.

Wi-Fi
There will be signs to direct you how to connect through the venue Wi-Fi.

Refreshments
Refreshments will be available in several locations at the exhibition areas. If one area is busy, please find an alternative serving point. This will help reduce the queues and ensure the sessions then start promptly.

VS Athens Run
A chance to run at the magnificent white-marble Panathenaic Stadium! Only those that have registered to participate in the RUN and have completed the Declaration of Jogging will be eligible to participate. The run will take place on Thursday, 12 November 2026 at 08.00. Shuttle bus will be available at 07.15 outside the congress venue. Be dressed for running.

Welcome Reception
The Welcome Reception will take place at the second floor of the congress venue following the e-Poster Presentations.

EACCME / ECMEC® Credits
The Event will be granted with 16 ECMECs by the EACCME®. Attendance at each session will be monitored and recorded so please scan your badge every time you enter and exit the Lecture Hall (Auditorium).
The Certificate of Attendance with the ECMEC® points credited will be available after the meeting and on completing the Evaluation Form. A link and details will be available on the official website after the meeting.
