Venous Thrombectomy & IVUS Masterclass

This workshop aims to familiarize attendees with the novel devices and techniques of thrombus removal in acute iliofemoral DVT along with IVUS use. A short lecture will be followed by small group (4-6 attendees) rotation through 4 different hands-on workstations where different thrombectomy devices and IVUS will be demonstrated and discussed.

Venous Stenting Masterclass

This workshop aims to familiarize attendees with the novel dedicated venous stents and the deployment techniques. A short introduction will be followed by small group (4-6 attendees) rotation through 4 different hands-on workstations where stents will be demonstrated and participants will have the opportunity to deploy in silicon/glass models or simulators.

Thermal Ablation Masterclass

This workshop aims to familiarize attendees with the novel devices and techniques of thermal ablation of the saphenous trunks. A short introduction will be followed by small group (4-6 attendees) rotation through different hands-on workstations where laser and RF ablation devices will be demonstrated.

Non-Thermal Ablation and Sclerotherapy Masterclass

This workshop aims to familiarize attendees with the novel devices and techniques of non-thermal ablation of the saphenous and non-saphenous trunks (glue, mechanochemical and sclerotherapy). A short introduction will be followed by small group (4-6 attendees) rotation through different hands-on workstations where non-thermal ablation devices and techniques will be demonstrated.
